Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Führungskraft Vollzeit unbefristet ab 01.10.2025

Xypex Chemical Corporation (www.xypex.com) is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of products for waterproofing, protecting, and repairing concrete structures. Developed in Vancouver in 1969, Xypex introduced Crystalline Waterproofing Technology, a chemistry designed to work within the concrete itself instead of on its surface. Since then, in both hemispheres, in every climatic challenge, and widely varying construction situations, Xypex’s technology has been tested and proven. In more than 100 countries, Xypex’s proprietary crystalline waterproofing products are stocked, sold and supported by a worldwide network of distributors and licensees.

In 2025, Xypex expanded its presence in Western Europe by launching Xypex Germany GmbH and initiating the construction of a new manufacturing facility in Parchim, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. This facility will serve as the company’s regional production hub for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This investment enhances our ability to support distributors and partners across the region by ensuring faster response times, enhanced technical support and training, and localized business development.

To lead this new facility, Xypex is seeking an Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in establishing, managing and optimizing operations in Parchim.
